A delicious cooling dip and accompaniment
- 1 pot of 500gm plain Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp Mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp chopped Coriander
- 1 Green chilli
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
Method
Simply put all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until smooth.
Alternatively put mint, coriander, chilli, salt and 2 tablespoons of water in a small food processor. Whizz until smooth, add to the plain yogurt until well combined.
