Crockpot Recipes
Lamb chops masala
Prep time – 5-10 minutes
Cooking time- 25 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 kg Lamb chops – spring lamb chops are available in he market at the moment
Shan Chop / Steak masala 3 tablespoons or as per taste
Salt , red chilli powder and Garam masala as required
Lemon 1 big lemon squeezed
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon ideally fresh
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon ideally fresh
Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tablespoons
Method :
Marinate lamb chops in all the above ingredients and leave for couple of hours in fridge in covered pot.
Turn crockpot on the manual function – add lamb chops with masala and put on pressure cooking for lamb / stew.
25 minutes is sufficient for spring lamb tender cooking.
If water is left behind turn on manual function and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve lamb chops with raita , salad and naan bread.
